Execution
Close-coupled, self-priming centrifugal pumps with open impeller.
The backflow preventer is incorporated in the suction inlet,
prevents the siphoning effect and ensures automatic re-priming at every start-up.
The pump re-starts even if only partially filled with liquid and with a completely empty suction pipe.
A:version with cast iron pump body and fitting.
B-A: version with bronze pump body and fitting.
N, N4: version with pump casing and lanter bracket in cast iron.
B-N, B-N4: version with pump casing and lanter bracket in bronze (the pumps are supplied fully painted).
Applications
For clean or slightly dirty water, also with solids up to a diameter of 10 mm for A 40, A 50 and 15 mm for A 65, A 80.
For emptying tanks or pits.
For irrigation.
For civil and industrial applications.
Utilisation limits
Liquid temperature: -10 °C to +90 °C.
Ambient temperature up to 40 °C.
Maximum permissible final pressure in the pump housing 6 bar (10 bar for A 80-170).
Continuous service.
Motor
2-pole induction motor, 50 Hz (n ≈ 2900 1/min).
A: three-phase 230/400 V ± 10%, up to 3 kW.
400/690 V ± 10%, 4 to 7.5 kW;
AM: single-phase 230 V ± 10%, with thermal protector.
Capacitor inserted in terminal box.
Class F insulation.
IP 54 protection.
High efficiency class IE3 for 0.75 kW three-phase motors.
Execution according to EN 60034-1; EN 60034-30-1.
EN 60335-1, EN 60335-2-41.
