Execution
Close-coupled centrifugal electric pumps with direct motor-pump coupling and single shaft up to 22 kW, construction for standardised IEC motors with integrated thrust bearing from 30 to 75 kW (Stub-shaft construction).
Pump housing with axial suction port and radial delivery port on top, with main dimensions and performance according to EN 733.
NM(S): version with cast iron pump body and fitting.
BNM(S): version with bronze pump body and fitting/cover.
N, N4: version with pump casing and lanter bracket in cast iron.
B-N, B-N4: version with pump casing and lanter bracket in bronze (the pumps are supplied fully painted).
Version with I-MAT inverter on request
Applications
For clean liquids without abrasive parts, not aggressive for pump materials (with solid parts up to 0.2% max).
For water supply.
For heating, air conditioning, cooling and circulation systems.
For civil and industrial applications.
For irrigation.
Utilisation limits
Liquid temperature: -10 °C to +90 °C.
Ambient temperature up to 40 °C.
Total suction lift up to 7 m.
Maximum permissible final pressure in the pump housing: 16 bar (10 bar for NM 32/12,16,20; NM 40/12,25; NM 50/20,25, NM 100/25 and bronze version).
Continuous service.
Motor
2-pole induction motor, 50 Hz (n ≈ 2900 1/min).
NM, NMS: three-phase 230/400 V ± 10%, up to 3 kW;
400/690 V ± 10%, 4 to 75 kW;
Class F insulation.
IP 54 protection (IP 55 for NMS).
Motor prepared for inverter operation.
Three-phase motors with efficiency class IE3 (IE2 up to 0.65 kW).
Execution according to EN 60034-1; EN 60034-30-1.
